I have seen improvement

This is my second red light therapy mask. I was hoping it would be more comfortable than the hard plastic one I ordered six years ago and it is. At first I tried using it with the eye protection inserts but found this made the mask unbearably uncomfortable. Everything I have read (including the manufacturers recommendations) say that it is not necessary to use these if the mask fits properly. Without the eye protection inserts the mask is Rey comfortable and I can pair using it with another activity. Read more
