Redout 2 Deluxe Edition PS5

I love this game soooo much I don't even know where to start! I don't even like racing games generally speaking. The controls are so dialed in, they could not be any better. The music is so SICK I absolutely love it! The sense of speed is straight up face melting! This game is such an adrenaline rush it's absolutely insane. There also are huge jumps in this game that are so ridiculously satisfying and such a rush to stomp. So far, I have purchased FIVE copies of this game... One on switch and one on ps5- both for me. And then three copies as presents for friends! I'm thinking of buying a digital copy for ps5 for me so I don't blowout my disc drive on my ps5 to popping it in and out all the time! I'm also considering buying another copy for another friend's Bday coming up! I will say this game is obviously much better on ps5 than switch- that should go without saying. Better graphics and much better load times on ps5. However, this game is super fun to play handheld on switch. All in all, if you like fast pace intense games, racing games, techno music, games like F-Zero, Xtreme G, Wipeout etc... you will absolutely love this game! Read more

…and the first Redout is pretty good! There’s more traction in Redout 2 but still challenging and the tracks are gorgeous, long, fast and did I mention absolutely gorgeous!? Lots of eye candy, too! I’m a 55 year old gamer and it’s not too fast for me …yet! To me, this is a fantastic antigravity racer and I’ve noticed I’m actually looking forward to playing it after the Mrs hits the sack! Redout 2 boasts gorgeous tracks and ships, but gameplay becomes repetitive after a while. The Season Pass might not add much value. shines in competitive multiplayer. It's an intense test of skill against other speed demons, but expect a steep learning curve there too. Read more
