Excellent system! Setup was easy. We connected all four cameras to the hub prior to installation to verify function. The wifi range is excellent - we have cameras on all four corners of a 1600' home with a three car garage. Image quality is excellent. Range of the sensor is great too. It sees out to 150' or so with no problems. Nite vision is excellent, daytime is crystal clear. We added two 128 cards, storage is ample. Installing the cameras was easy. Oddly, if you follow the direction, it's really simple. The options for mounting are vast - multiple hard mounting and strap mounts. All hardware is included. The hub is really nice for reviewing video. My only nitpicks were that the filter feature doesn't retain the choices selected. And the supplied network cable is very short. Other than that, it's easy and intuitive software. Multiple users can view videos at the same time. And all at no additional fees! Our previous system was dropped due to increasing costs on a monthly basis. The Reolink is more expensive upfront, but will pay for itself very quickly based on the old per camera cost of the old one. Read more

The 2 cameras that work are amazing. I bought 4, and 2 of them refuse to charge via solar or direct usb connection when I took them down. I was happy with them and then they just sorta refused to charge again. My return window is closed so now I get the fun of tracking down a customer service rep Update: I am changing this to a 5 star review. I discovered that a typical usb-c that I was using for my iPhone was underpowered for charging. I tried a different usb-c which worked. Not sure what the difference is. Cameras work great, and you can customize a lot of settings. The pan and tracking are pretty great, and so is the audio. The home hub and software are easy to use. Also - Reolink saw my review and offered a full refund but I figured out the problem, so I won’t be taking it. Appreciate the customer service. Read more

Easy to set up and install however the camara 5G breaks up and loses connectivity. Camaras only 25' from Home Hub but around corner of house and garage. Works good on the 2.4G band but running at reduced resolution. Have only had for a week so still learning and playing with. Install instructions ok but operating details are a search in Realink support or other online sites. 7/20 revision-- Ive been working with Reolink customer service who have been great. 5G Connectivity has increased by changing channels. I’m so tired of Amazon product coming from china. It’s substandard, packed terrible and the attempt at instructions are useless. That is not the case on this cameras and this company. I did my research and they were a little more money but also lesss than others. I was blown away at how professional the packaging was. It was better than an Apple laptop. Amazing. The install is easy with the app but what’s even better is the simple instructions that any English speaker can comprehend. I mean amazing. Great little camera. Unfortunately, after I set up the cameras outside, the hub lost connection to the network. I could see from the cameras (blue dot) they were still on the network. I contacted Reolink. We went back and forth with the same workflows I found online and enclosed materials prior to contacting Reolink by email until finally I was able to set up contact by phone. My issue was escalated to a tier two assistance. This experience was solely by email only. Information requested involved 'mapping' of my network. So... I googled what was requested to understand and/or attempt to provide a comprehensive response by email. OK,,, I am network geek. There were no instructions to set these cameras up. I figured it out. Unfortunately, the hub went offline. Re-setting the hub didn't work. Trying to troubleshoot via email only is unpleasant, unhelpful, very time consuming and now expensive considering I am now returning the product and will likely not be refunded the total $500 spent. I am not very happy. I couldn't understand the tech very well and I don't think they could understand my English either. I was pleasant, patient and understanding for a week. After that, it is time to move on and find a different company. Read more

The picture is clear, easy to set up with perfectly written instructions with good illustrations. BUT, the sound is lacking for the person at the door to be able to hear you talking, even though you can hear them OK. Also, and most importantly, the auto-detection for panning doesn't work half the time even with the sensitivity turned all the way up. You may have to manually control the viewing angles, because it won't consistently follow automatically. The 5G does make the wireless connection very stable. It's still a good value for the money.
