Bought three of these units for the house and they work perfectly. No problem with wifi connectivity, easy to install. I had the first one up in about 30 minutes. 180 Degree coverage is exactly as advertised. Lights are bright, no latency on recording, and there is a wide range of features to suit everyone's needs. I now have every inch of my property covered. I like the feature that allows me to determine where I want alerts in the yard. Also like that I can disable vehicle alerts for back and side yard, allowing me to use that for garage and front of the house. Great price, super value for the money. Read more

Honestly, I was a little nervous about installing this myself, but WOW, it was so much easier than I thought! Replaced my old floodlight in literally 30 minutes and I'm not even handy. The mounting holes lined up perfectly with where my old light was, so I didn't have to drill anything new. Just turned off the breaker, unscrewed the old light, connected three wires (same colors as before), and screwed this baby in. The hardest part was getting up the ladder lol. Even the app setup was super easy - just scan a QR code and you're good to go. Now for the cool part - that 180-degree camera is AMAZING. I can see my entire driveway and front yard, no blind spots at all. My old light just sat there doing nothing, but now I get alerts on my phone when someone comes by, and I can check the camera anytime. The light itself is way brighter than my old one too. One minor thing - it does have a voice announcement when it powers up that's a bit loud, but honestly it's not a big deal since it only happens once during setup or if the power goes out. Doesn't bother me at all. I was going to hire someone to install it and they quoted me like $200 for labor. So glad I did it myself and saved that money. If I can do this, trust me, anyone can. Totally worth it. Should've upgraded years ago! Read more

It does have Smart Detection with optional Motion Marking. However that is nothing compared to Digital Tracking found in very few of their other cameras. If this one had Digital Tracking it would be 5 stars, literally the best camera you can buy. If you're looking for that best of the best feature, search "Reolink Trackmix". The wifi antennas and transmit/receive capability are excellent. VERY IMPORTANT - The display modes are great if you use it on an Ultrawide monitor but sadly limited squished view on normal 16:9 normal monitors. It's setting options are 5120x1552 & 4096x1248. Setup is easy, keep your phone close during setup. It has a very limited bluetooth distance. Read more

While the video quality of this camera is impressive—sharp 4K resolution and clear panoramic views—the accompanying software is a major letdown. The floodlight and automatic video recording features are practically unusable due to constant false triggers from every insect that flies near the lens. Even after dialing down the sensitivity to the absolute minimum across all settings, I still ended up with over 50 notifications in a single night. The so-called "AI" detection is utterly ineffective at filtering out these nuisances, making the whole system feel like a frustrating waste. Read more

UPDATED: After writing my review, Reolink reached out and told me I needed a new firmware for my Reolink hub in order to get the camera to work correctly. They did not have the firmware online and instead I had to go through a rigorous update process to update things manually. After some trial and error, I finally had the ability to turn off the flashing light alarm when something is detected. I never should have had to do that however, Reolink needs to improve their firmware delivery system and not to introduce features that require firmware updates elsewhere. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The daytime image quality is excellent. The picture is sharp and well-stitched between the two lenses. During the day it works exactly as you’d hope. At night, everything falls apart because there’s zero control over the light. The camera treats every bit of detected motion as an alarm and starts flashing the lights. There’s no option to make it act like a normal motion light that just turns on and stays on for a few seconds. Apparently, some versions of the software have an extra menu that lets you control this, but my version doesn’t. Until that update is available for everyone, this remains a 1-star product. It’s a shame, because the camera itself is great, but the lighting behavior makes it unusable at night. It's yet another unfinished and unpolished product from Reolink. Read more

Outstanding camera, you can set tripwires, and zones and have the ability to detect humans, vehicles, and animals simultaneously, unlike the Amcrest cameras. A BIG plus there. As a matter of fact the modern easy to use interface combines with a super easy setup, and the best part is they don't pester you for subscriptions. I may switch over to these cameras from Amcrest altogether. It uses the 5GHZ band another huge plus. Rare for cameras to do that. My only complaint about this camera is the top to bottom view is not as much as I would prefer and night vision at a distance could be better, but still pretty good. Read more

I've owned for 4 months now and considering I am a fan of reolink products, I'm a little disappointed in this camera. The light is great. It's very bright and has optional settings. The 24/7 is a huge plus. Storage is great. The camera has way too many false alerts. Its sensor catches everything to the far left and far right for a long way out. But it lacks ability to catch things in front of its viewing area at more than 20 ft or so and when it does those are incorrect too. I hope they update the firmware on this cameras so the AI in front view is better. AI isn't going to be perfect on any camera but this one has had way too many that are incorrect or none at all. Trackmix is much better. Reolink makes quality cameras and the picture is nice and clear. I would say for the value go with trackmix unless the other features are important to you. Hope this helps Read more
