I'm seriously impressed with this set. The value for money is outstanding. What you get is five individual resistance bands, each with a different pull weight, and the real genius is that you can use them alone or clip any combination together to easily adjust the resistance from light to seriously challenging. The quality feels premium. The bands are thick and have no bad smell, and the metal clasps and fabric attachments look like they're built to last. It’s a complete kit right out of the box—the handles, ankle straps, and door anchor let me do leg day, arm exercises, and physical therapy stretches without any hassle. If you're looking for a versatile, high-quality, and portable gym solution, this set is an incredible find. It has exceeded my expectations. Read more

They are well made, and the handles, and other attachments work well. The weight rating is WAY OFF. They are offer very light resistance. I need to combine the 3 heaviest ones to equal one real 30 lb resistance band. The lighter ones are almost useless. Read more

These are a good quality set of resistance bands for light to moderate use in calisthenics or physical therapy. I am pleased with the quality, although there are several things I would prefer to change. They are a good value for the price point, though. Pluses: Includes 5 different resistance strengths Handles, andkle straps and a door anchor included Material has no odor To improve? Handles say they are large, but they could still be larger for my hand. My hand scuffs against the material doing some movements, and the material is a bit rough and will take some time to break in. No instruction manual. While you could certainly look up ideas online, a recommended starter use guide would be an easy and nice touch to add. Someone mentioned lack of a safety core, which I had never thought of with such products. While it would be a nice touch, I don't expect such a thing at this price point. I's also part of why I recommend they are not for heavy use (lifting many/multiple bands at the same time or doing very strenuous work with them). Overall - they are good for the purposes I listed, which should get them sufficient use get more than your money's worth out of them for most people's fitness needs. Read more
