Safe, Engaging and Perfect for little kitchen helpers
The RISICULIS 11-Piece Wooden Kids Kitchen Knife Set has been such a fun and practical addition to our family kitchen. All three of my kids enjoy using it, and it’s been a wonderful tool for helping them learn food prep safely while improving fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Even my neurodivergent kids do really well with it. It allows them to be engaged and confident without the stress of handling anything sharp. What’s been especially meaningful is how this set has helped one of my neurodivergent children who has food aversions. As part of her feeding therapy, getting hands-on with food using these safe tools has made her more comfortable exploring textures and participating in meal prep. It’s been a gentle, empowering way to build positive associations with food. The mix of wooden and plastic tools gives a realistic cooking experience that feels grown-up yet safe. It also fits beautifully into a Montessori-style approach, encouraging independence, sensory engagement, and confidence in the kitchen. Thoughtfully designed and family-friendly, this set has made cooking together both enjoyable and therapeutic. The quality is average but what matters more to me is how well it functions and helps my kids. Read more
