Really high pen quality. I tried it out with a waterproof/weatherproof notepad and it worked really well with it. it looks amazing perfect for a survival kit where you have to have something bright so you don’t lose it. Read more
Great pens, writes anywhere and any angle. Very packable for their size, I take them with me when I go backpacking. Almost too small, you can easily lose it in a larger pack Read more
I needed a pen to carry with me when I travel. It had to be compact and reliable. After doing some research, I landed on Rite in the Rain. Here are my 2 cents on it. Also, check out my photos 📸 for a closer look. Pros 👍👍👍 - Compact: It will fit right into your jean’s lighter pocket. - Lightweight: This pen is under an ounce! - Comfortable to hold. - Travel-Friendly. The plastic construction doesn’t set off any TSA alarms! - Fine Line: It works fine and writes fine. - Made in USA 🇺🇸 I like that and I’d like to see more of it! Cons 👎👎👎 - A tad pricey but all things considered, not a big detractor for me. - It rolls off the table which sounds like a small nitpick but I’m more likely to lose it that way! - The actual writing is decent but nothing to write home about! See photos 📸 The Bottom Line ✍️🧐 I am very happy with my new pen. If you need a reliable pocket pen for travel or EDC needs, Rite in the Rain All-Weather Pocket Pen makes an excellent choice. I am happy to use it and happier to recommend it to others. Hope my review has helped you make a more informed buying decision 👍😊✌️ Read more

I carried this pen on my through hike of the Appalachian Trail so that I could take notes. It wrote without a problem in all the weather conditions and damp paper I encountered from Maine to Georgia. I bought it in orange so that I wouldn't lose it. I ran into one other hiker who had this pen although it was green. Read more

Perfect size for pockets, and writes well. Read more
I used to have one of those all-environment space pens, so I was pretty excited to try out this pen when it came recommended by other professionals in my field. Unfortunately, I was left wanting, as the weight, writability, and versatility of this pen faced great challenges. It's a pretty affordable alternative to those space pens that advertise that you can write with it upside-down, but it sacrifices many perks as a result. My main gripe with it is when you write with it for the first time after a long time, it will invariably skip. This pen came as a two-pack and both pens had the same performance. Second, it folds up into a small, half-sized vessel for portability, but lacks a clip for keeping it in your front pocket. For my needs, I need to be able to write and put away the pen quickly, so it hasn't served me well. It will roll away if you leave it on the counter. Lastly, the pen is a little too light. The balance is weighted towards the tip, so things like pen tricks aren't really feasible with it. As someone who fidgety with his pen a lot, I end up feeling a little restless that I can't spin this little pen around. Read more
