Dog Hair Gone! There are no tangles in the main brush; it works extremely well, and the battery life is great even on high power. For the price, this is a great quality. This is powerful and the weight is not an issue when you see the results. Read more

User friendly definitely not.for huge jobs as battery does die quickly. The light helps you see the dust and dirt to vacuum that you do not see otherwise. Read more

I’m on the hunt for a good stick vac to replace my Dyson. I also have a Tineco that I adore, but that model isn’t sold now, and when looking at the other models, I came across this one on a great sale. It has more suction by rating than my Tineco, so I thought perhaps it would be the answer. Unfortunately, it failed at things the Tineco does easily, like removing short fur from a dense pile rug (where the fur and debris tends to sit on top of the rug, not get worked down deep). I was surprised at how badly it did there. Where the Tineco scooped it up (with only 150AW) on the first pass, or the second if it was embedded, the roborock did not touch it for several passes, and I had to keep going over and over the area. The battery life seems good but if you don’t get enough mileage out of it, have to go over the rug multiple times, that doesn’t help. I also didn’t like the filter design. It has what looks like a true HEPA filter, which is great, but it is a cup design that is not washable, has paper as the base, and I really prefer washing filters to replacing them whenever possible. What I really did like—the light on the head is good and shows dirt, dust, and fur even on my dark floor. The long tube that hinges 90 degrees to duck under the furniture is a game changer. I wanted to keep that function, but alas, the better vacuums don’t seem to have that. I got this on sale for something like 35-40% off what the usual price seems to be here. It was still expensive at $200, so I had high expectations of it if I was going to keep it. The filter would be something you’d have to replace fairly often, from its appearance. The canister was small. The vacuum is nice and light, maneuverable. It’s not one that will stand up by itself. I didn’t unpack the accessories or the wall mount, since the regular vacuum didn’t handle what I needed it to. It does great on bare floors, just not on rugs, at least my rugs, with short spiky dog fur. Of note, I tested the Dreame top model for the same price on sale, and it was noticeably better at removing the fur and dust from the rug. The Bissell stick I tried had two batteries, which was great, but though it was a ‘pet’ vac, didn’t pick up fur well either from my rug. If I didn’t have the others to compare to, I might think this was pretty good compared to my old Dyson, because I can’t stand having to hold onto the trigger while I vacuum. The on-off button types are much better for arthritic hands. But the Dyson always got the fur out. Read more

My only regret is I didn’t buy this sooner. I have 3 dogs and it keeps up with no problem. Charges fast. Super lightweight. Read more

I may have started with too high of expectations for this vacuum. I own a Roborock Q Revo and absolutely love it. I hoped for the same level of wow as I had with the Q Revo but that is not what I got. Before going in to the negatives, I want to go over a few things I like about it. It isn't cheaply made and has a pretty nice fit and finish. It has a pretty big dust bin which keeps is from getting overloaded. The 90 degree bend wand is really useful. I love the green lights. They really helped me to see the dust, dirt, and pet hair. Now the negatives. First I have to start with battery life. It is abismal at best. On max suction I got a little less than 9 minutes when using the powered roller on tile floor. It burns through the battery like it isn't there. And when on high it somehow sounds like a helicopter taking off while having pretty pathetic sucking power from it's powered head. I don't know if it is the combination roller, or the design of the plastic around it, but it doesn't pick up nearly as good as I had expected. Once you have chewed through the battery in record time, you get a nice 3.5 hour break to charge the battery. Finally there's the upholstery tool that shouldn't have been. It is pathetic and doesn't clean our couch well at all. All in all, even with the black Friday discount, bringing the price down to 200 + tax, I'm extremely dissatisfied with this vacuum and have decided that I am returning it for a refund. This being our first stick vacuum, I thought maybe my expectations were too much for a stick vacuum, especially a cordless one. So, I decided to buy a cheaper, 70 dollar, cordless stick vacuum. It has three 90 degree bendable wand and lights on its roller head. It outperforms the Roborock in most of the comparisons. It's suction is better, lasts 17.5 minutes on high, and vacuums much better. It's fit and fish is not as good as the Roborock, and it's canister is smaller. Even after the three year warranty that costed 10 dollars, the HMRHMR (that's the actual brand name) is hands down the better buy. Read more

I have this brand robot vacuum and love it so I thought I'd give this stick version a try for my stairs and small messes, especially with having 3 levels. The vacuum has 3 different settings, but I always have to use the strongest setting to get all the dirt up and that leaves the battery lasting ~20 minutes. That is fine if I am just doing the stairs or small messes, but can be a pain if I want to use it for more than that. The quality of the vacuum is high and the suction power is good. It is easy to use and easy to change into the smaller vacuum with the attachments. The mount is nice and it all hangs up nicely, however, if you need to charge the battery off the mount (no outlet near the mount) the vacuum cannot hang without having the battery attached. Overall, I like the quality of the vacuum and it does a nice job. I took off one star for battery life, not being able to store on the mount without the battery, and it does not stand up on its own at all (needs to be leaned against a wall or something to not fall over).
