So glad we found these. They have helped so much with my son’s foot pain due to plantar fasciitis and heal pain. They run just a touch small. I ordered the big kids 4.5-5.5 insole and they fit perfectly and where the same size insole as my child’s size 4 new balance tennis shoe insole and size 4.5 nikes(nikes tend to run a half size smaller than the new balance) so I think if the child wears a 5-5.5 you might need to size up for the insole to reach the end of the shoe. They have a very nice arch support and gel heel. One thing I suggest is definitely removing the pre existing insole from your child shoes before replacing it with this new one. If you try to just put these in over the existing insole the shoe will be too tight and it won’t fit well and the heel may slip off the back of the foot. I tried many other insoles for my child and these were by far the best. Read more

Got these for my daughter and she was 7 with a size 13. She was in constant pain and her knees would hurt. The first day she was hurting but I knew it was just the getting use to part. After that all pain went away and she was no longer complaining at all. The fit is cut to size, price is great and they’ve lasted a year. Only reason I’m buying new ones is because she grew into a new size. Otherwise I’m sure they would hold up another 5 years. It has plastic for stability so it is strong. Read more
