Give them a chance :)

I keep reordering these same insoles as my one child’s feet grow for cleats/sneaks/boots, they seem to do the trick for knee pain due to low arches. Easy to cut lines, easy to fit into the shoes, does not come out of shoes accidentally (even if she skips socks), comfortable. The only thing I’d mention is that when you first put them in, the shoes feel a smidge tight but once they wear them for the day that feeling seems to go away or they get used to it. Hang in there! Runs smaller than stated kids size

Runs small. My daughter wears size kids size 4, so I purchased the one that was supposed to be up to size 4.5, but it was about a half centimeter too small. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until after the return window ran out. So don't know about comfort, will update if it works despite size. Seemed sturdy. This is a life saver!

My son has what we consider to be Flat feet. The doctors need to do more testing to confirm, however; since we got these my son has complained much less about his feet hurting him. We put them in his tennis (size 2) and they fit perfectly. We also put them in his Crocs and boots and it fits perfectly in them. I will need to buy a couple more so I have one for each of his foot wear but I believe it is already helping to reshape the arch in his feet!
