so far , so good. Love the Roku Pro Series 65" TV. I have long been a fan and user of the Roku streaming sticks, and when it was time to replace our older TV, I decided to buy this Roku branded television. 65" is perfect size for our living room wall and an upgrade from the 46" it replaced. We own a smaller TCL Roku TV in another room which we have had for 3 years and it's been fine. The Pro Series picture is amazing. Really vibrant and crystal clear. Depending on the broadcast you are watching, the picture can be amazing. To test it out I went on YouTube and watched come 4k videos and the tv was stunning. Don't judge the picture by the photos I posted. They are blurry because it was live action, but you can see the colors, and the clarity of the text on the screen. The audio is really good as well. We had planned on buying a sound bar, but after a few days with this tv, we realize we don't need one. Our TV is wall mounted, and there is an audio selection for that. On that setting, the sound is specific for wall hung tvs. The side firing speakers really create great , deep sound, and you even can fine tune the treble and bass through settings on the TV. You can also change picture settings. It was on Auto, but I changed it to bright and the TV looks even better. There is even a "brighter" setting, but found that to be too much. Set up was so easy and I was able to sign in and carry over all my apps from the streaming stick. You will have to log in again to each app that requires log in, but the QR code on the tv screen makes that a cinch. The Tv is thin and wall mounted looks flush like a painting. The Roku remote is similar to my other Roku remotes, except this one is rechargeable which is so convenient. It states a charge can last a few months depending on usage. There is even a remote locator button on the side of the tv. You push it and the remote beeps and lights up so you can find it. That is very handy. We are really impressed in every way with this TV. We did buy an extended 4 year warranty just in case, but hope we have this tv for many years to come. I am sure there are a lot more features which I haven't addresses or discovered yet on the tv. We are NOT gamers, so I cannot comment on that. My biggest concern is where to put the enormous box it came in. I usually keep boxes for a year or so in the event I decide to return or if anything goes wrong. Read more

This TV has a great picture. The sound is excellent, with several options, easy to adjust to your own preferences and align with your speakers and equipment. Very easy setup and connection to Roku and streaming services loke Netflix Prime, HBOMAX, and AppleTV. Delivery was quick and efficient. I had them add delivery unpacking added so they wouldn't leave the package, so obviously a large screen TV, out on the front porch. The service providers were friendly and helpful. All in all, I highly recommend this product. Read more

This Roku mini-led TV has impressed me in all critical areas. Picture quality is excellent (blacks are spot on), even in auto mode, the sound is perfect, and the back lit remote is incredible. The price point provided a great value for such a capable TV. An added bonus is that this TV is unbelievably responsive, no lag when changes channels, or other control changes, a huge improvement over the TV it replaced. While the TV is a little heavier than expected my wife and I were able to place it on the wall mount with little effort. Great job Roku! Read more

Well the picture is great on this TV, it has a lot of quirks. If you have cut the cord and are using an antenna, this TV will not work for you. It keeps resetting itself to 2003 making the TV live guide impossible to use. I have had to factory reset it twice. After three and a half hours on chat with Roku, nothing would work to allow me to see my live channels on the live TV guide. The only way I could access the live channels was to completely rescan every time and then if I wanted to change channels I would have to rescan it again. According to Roku there's nothing else they could do and they would not provide me with a phone number to talk with anyone or have a supervisor contact me. Do not buy this tv. Also the sound has so much bass even with the base turned to zero audio setting set to dialog, you can't hear the people speaking. Buy something else not a Roku. Read more

This TV is simply a great deal for the price, especially when they happen to include the free slim wall mount. This has the appearance of being a frame TV, but has the performance of a mini-LED tv, similar to something from TCL like the QM7K. The picture quality and brightness is superb, the remote has a backlight and speaker if it gets lost. The speakers are actually good enough that we ditched our sound bar, and the roku interface is fast and responsive. I really don't have any complaints with this TV, it is simply fantastic. If they ever make a larger size, I would seriously consider one for our theater setup. Read more

After ordering and choosing the free place in any room and remove packaging and get rid of it, make sure if you have to change the date on your delivery that you update that freebie because they refuse to bring it into my house and unpack it after I had chosen it. 🤷 Other than that, it's a beautiful television, very nice quality picture, the sound isn't quite what I expected and I will most likely be using my soundbar and subwoofer with two surround sound speakers. I guess when I read the words, side firing in reference to the speakers, I guess I expected to be blown away by the sound. I am not. Not that it's bad but it doesn't blow me away or give me a feeling of being in a theater in any way shape or form. And it's also unfortunate that you have to turn off the TV speakers in order to use any soundbar, subwoofer and surround sound speakers, including the ones Roku sells. Other than that I'm very happy.
