I tried this product for the first time today, so I can’t speak on the hair growth aspect yet, but here’s my first impression: Packaging - I like that the bottle comes with a cap, and the sprayer is separate and has a locking function Smell - I’m not obsessed with the smell. It’s very “herbal-ly,” which isn’t my vibe, but the smell seems to go away and not linger on the hair Residue (or lack thereof) - I sprayed this onto my damp hair after my shower and allowed my hair to naturally air dry. I have fine, thin hair that easily gets weighed down with product. With this spray, I can’t even tell it’s on my hair. There’s no greasy feeling or anything. My hair feels nice. Convenience - I really appreciate that this is a spray and not an oil like most other hair growth products. I used two bottles of this formula before and have noticed less shedding. My hair also feels fuller. The scent is pleasant, and so far keeping this product in my bathroom cabinet in the dark did not lead to it being spoiled. It takes me longer than 3 months to use this product since I was my hair every third day. The spray is very misty and I love it. I’m using the old product bottles to water flowers. I spray the product, massage it in, comb my hair and leave it in for at least 15min (usually longer) before washing my hair. It takes a few washes to notice the difference. It is not an instant fix. I wish it was available in Canada like before, but I’m happy to have found it here. The price is a bit steep, but manageable. After reading some reviews of other products containing finasteride and/or minoxidil, and based on the reviews here thus far, I decided to give this natural remedy a try. I am not bald, but thinning a bit and have a "fivehead". I can't say this grows hair (at least not yet). What I CAN say is that after just 4 days, applied twice a day (morning and late afternoon/dinner time), I already see a difference in my hair's appearance. It just looks healthier and seems more manageable. It seems to minimize (if not eliminate) bad hair days. I do plan to try a few other natural remedies as well. But at the very least, this is a keeper for daily grooming. It's not at all oily either. And it's relatively inexpensive. My only gripe would be that it isn't enough. I recently lost a ton of hair (I tend to shed an unusual amount of hair between seasons, for some reason). I was super frustrated and decided to go on a hunt for some sort of herbal concoction as I've heard natural ingredients like rosemary oil/water and rice water facilitate hair growth. I purchased this Rice Water & Brewed Rosemary Spray since it had both. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement. I've only been using this for about a month and my hair legit feels and is thicker and longer than usual. HOW?!? What is this sorcery?! Is it thickening the actual strands? Is there new growth? Is it accelerating my overall hair growth? All the above? I wish I had taken before and after photos but, to be honest, I didn't because I was a skeptic. But, there are four (4) ways I can tell my hair is most definitely growing more quickly (there is new overall length) and my hair is most definitely thicker because: 1) When I tie my hair up, my usual clip/claw can't capture all my hair anymore because it's so much thicker; 2) My hair bun is way thicker and fuller; 3) I don't even have to blow dry my hair for volume anymore, if I allow my hair to air dry it already has a ton of thickness and volume; 4) Although I didn't take any before/after photos, I can visibly see how much longer my hair has grown since using this spray. I think typical hair growth for women is about 1/2 an inch per month. I am pretty dang sure my hair has grown at least an inch in the past month, since I've been using this spray. Anyway. THIS WORKS. My hair is the longest it’s ever been. I felt like my hair had just stopped growing past a certain point (right above my shoulders) now it’s at least 4 inches past my shoulders. It smells great and leaves my hair soft and less frizzy too. Read more
