This is my first weighted vest (I've always thought they looked funny, but here I am...) and I'm loving how it can ramp up my daily dog walks without much effort. Osteoporosis runs in my family, so building strong bones has always been at the top of my fitness priorities, but I mostly enjoy activities like biking and running.
