I've had this vacuum for about a month now, and I actually look forward to zipping around the house with this thing... It's very lightweight, battery lasts long enough for me to do two floors' worth of hardwood, rugs, plus carpeted runner on stairs , also some light dusting with the attachment. Suction is excellent. The real highlight though is the BAG. One review mentioned that the flap staying open after using the bag suction is a flaw... I got in the habit of closing the flap right after doing bag suction, and it's no problem at all... then it's ready to go for next time. This vacuum is designed SO WELL. I've had Dysons and I hate the bagless vacuum idea, I find it disgusting to have to breathe in all that dust just trying to empty it out. Worse yet, on my Dyson i found myself having to dig around inside to pull vacuumed gunk out. Never buying one again. Lastly, the cup and filter design is brilliant, so easy to take apart and rinse out. I've only done it once so far, and it really wasn't that dirty. I have this out in the open in our mudroom because it's so darned cute, I just cannot hide it in my broom closet, even though there's room and it has an outlet. ;) Read more

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I love that it is cordless, and it has much better suction power than other cordless vacuums I've had in the past. It cleans the edges and corners of the room very nicely. I LOVE the automatic charging station/emptying station!! No more dust that I just vacuumed up floating around as I tried to empty the dust cup into the trash can. This system has a CLOSED disposal system; you simply put it back on its charging station and press a button! It empties automatically into a dust bag. I can vacuum my 3400 sq ft house on one charge. I have no carpet, so I can't speak to how it does on carpet, but with hardwood floors it's great! One thing to consider: Where you will be able to keep the charging station so it's out of the way but near an outlet. Read more

I've had this for almost 1 year and I love it. It is so nice not to have to empty a bin when a cloud of dust flies in my face and on my clothes. It's quiet, is lightweight, it's powerful, and after I vacuum I put it on the charger and hit one button and all the dirt is gone. About once a month I need to change the bag. But I have two Siberian Huskies so I am vacuuming daily. I love this vacuum. Great maneuverability, the battery life it's not a problem because it has a time telling you how much longer you have. I loveeeeee this vacuum. In fact, I’m quite sad about what is says about my life that a vacuum makes me so happy, but I digress. My dog has a condition that causes him to lose A LOT of fur constantly. At times our livingroom white rug can look grey. There are usually Whiskey dog tumbleweeds of fur rolling around the house at any given moment, and I vacuum frequently - but not as frequently as needed for his condition. We live in a 1950s era house where outlets aren’t strategically placed and our corded vacuum is always frustrating to use. Not to mention that the noise makes the aforementioned dog bark uncontrollably and attack the vacuum while I’m using it. This thing makes it so easy to keep up with his fur. I can quickly grab it at any moment to hit a small spot or the whole house. It’s not unsightly in the charging station and again the easy accessibility makes it more convenient to use so I definitely use it more often than I ever did my corded vacuum. It’s relatively very quiet so my dog doesn’t even react to it. It’s lightweight, has great suction and moves around easily. I only took off 1 star because of a few minor areas that could be improved: I wish it came with a second battery or a battery with a longer charge. I feel like if you had a home much larger than my 3 bedroom how quickly it dies and how slowly it recharges could be annoying. But they do sell second batteries online separately! Also, if it catches the corner of a rug it doesn’t recover and will tell you there’s a foreign obstruction even though there is not, but if you turn it off and back on it’s fine. Parts replacement is not available. The Metal Mesh Grille plastic where the release button is located is bent, preventing the vacuum from working (says micro filter is not fitted, even though it is). I paid around $700 for this item, and after wasting quite a bit of time with Samsung and Amazon, there is no replacement Metal Mesh Grille available - the one that said it fit did not, and Amazon and Samsung said the piece that fit is not available. So a $700 vacuum doesn't even work for 2 years. Read more

I've been waiting to do this review until I had used the Samsung Bespoke Jet for a few months. it is the best stick vacuum I've ever used. Very strong but adjustable suction power. The small brush head is only 9.8 inches wide, maneuvers smoothly in any direction, and goes instantly from carpet to hard surfaces. The Clean Station is so great - no need to breathe dust from emptying a dust cup into a trash can. The Clean Station vacuums the contents of your vacuum into a tidy bag that holds a lot and is easy and clean to remove and toss in the trash. The pipe length is easily adjustable. It is quiet. At 6.0 pounds, it's so easy for me to use. Just get this! Read more
