The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Lite Cordless Vacuum is a pretty piece of technology to look at and has some unusual but helpful features. I'm several weeks into using it so this review is going to be long. Sorry. Things I really like about this vacuum: 1) How long it extends. I am tall and often find myself stooping just a little with my old vacuum. This Samsung vacuum extends long enough that I can stand up straight. If you need to get some cobwebs up in a corner, the crevice tool extends to almost double its length which adds close to another foot. 2) The suction power. This thing certainly does suck! In a good way, ha ha. I let the AI make the decisions on suction power and it almost creates a seal on the tile floor when at its suckiest. The display tells how much time is left on the battery at the current suction level and it varies depending on what the AI is doing. 3) Does GREAT on my one carpeted room. I have long struggled to keep this floor clean with two large dogs who have decided that room is their favorite. The regular brush head on the vacuum does a good job, but the pet tool does a GREAT job. I know it's meant for furniture but my dogs don't get on the furniture so it gets used on the floor. It is amazingly effective. 4) The display which tells me what is going on with the vacuum. That's it. Self diagnosing and giving error messages in English (not E286 or some other mish mash that only means something to the manufacturer) is very helpful. 5) It cleans the brush head every time I put it on the base. Pretty cool. Things I'm not so crazy about: 1) Lack of directions. There was a QR code in the box to scan for alleged directions. All this did was link me to several incredibly boring videos which showed me nothing particularly helpful. 2) Battery life. Since they specifically mention "extended battery life" I'm going to specifically mention that the battery life on this is terrible. At the bougie price point this vacuum is at, the battery life should be better OR they should include a second battery. If you use the AI feature - and hey, isn't that great suction decision maker what you bought this for? - you're going to get 30 minutes max out of the battery. My older LG stick vacuum, which was very fancy at the time I bought it, still gets at least a half hour per battery when run on high. And it's 7 years old. And it came with a spare battery. 3) Full bag sensor. I am really struggling with this. Every time I put the vacuum on its base, it tells me the interior bag is full. The bag is NOT full. If I take the bag out, shake it around a bit and put it back in, then the thing understands the bag is not full. 4) Lack of tool storage. At this price point there really should have been onboard tool storage included in the design. I guess it wouldn't look quite as svelte. So would I get this again? Probably. The thing that's most annoying is the battery life and I could and probably will get a spare battery myself. I find this vacuum to be all hype. I don't particularly like A.I electronics. The a.i .serves no purpose for me in my cleaning. I don't see how it can analyze my rugs and make it work better. The vacuum stand is big, heavy and bulky. Takes up a lot of space. The attachments are the same ol things on all vacuums. The flat vacuum head piece swivels too much and it is so hard to pick up dirt in corners. It is so annoying to me. The best thing and only good thing about this vacuum is the automatic emptying feature. It really is so nice to just put it on the stand and it cleans itself. Replacing the garbage bag inside the stand is easy as well. It has a timer to show you how long you have till it dies on you. The vacuum only lasts a few minutes on the highest setting which is also annoying. I rush to vacuum my house before it dies in like 10 minutes. I'm sure there are better cheaper vacuums out there. This cordless stick vacuum is very powerful. It has good suction to vacuum with. It is easy to use set up. Assemblly is minimal taking a few minutes. It lasts a while on the battery being able to complete cleaning jobs. It charges quickly and is ready to clean again. The charger stand also is also the dust and dirt receptacle. It emptied the vacuum quickly. The AI multi suction system was effective. The unit functions well cleaning floors and carpets. The included attachments were useful as well.
