Perfect eggs pan! It doesn’t come with a lid and I don’t feel comfortable using a lid on it as the nonstick coating is contiguous around the pan, so it could start chipping. So it really is just being used to make eggs for us. The pan arrived in perfect condition. No damage to the nonstick coating anywhere. After a few weeks of use, it has developed some light scratches on the bottom from my stovetop grates, but that’s expected. The cooking surface is still brand new. Instructions state to let it heat up for about a minute and then add a little oil. I use wooden spatulas and a coconut coir sponge to clean - the instructions state to not use nylon sponges (a certain “scrub parent” brand is NOT nylon so those are safe to use!) Let it cool before putting it in the sink. I find it lightweight but not flimsy, and perfect to handle with one hand. The hook opening on the end is a good size for easy hanging. Very pleased with this pan! It’s small but thick enough that it heats really evenly and has been a dream pan for eggs. Just take the steps to protect the coating (no stacking or metal utensils) and it will serve you well. How I make eggs - in a separate dish, I scramble together the eggs and a yolk-sized pinch of finely shredded colby jack cheese (one pinch for one yolk, two pinches for two yolks, etc). Preheat the pan on medium heat and add 1/2-1tbsp of salted butter, turn down to medium-medium low heat (my first picture, the knob is turned a little too high and browned the eggs slightly). Test the pan heat with a drip of egg off the scrambling utensil - it should turn white on the bottom and sizzle (not immediately but not super slowly, within like 1 second of hitting the pan). Pour eggs into pan and let set for about 15 seconds to melt the cheese into the egg, and then slowly push and roll eggs around the pan til desired moisture/squishiness/dryness/size. If you scramble it too fast the cheese won’t become one with the egg and result in a different texture and flavor. We like to scramble ours up very fine. Happy cooking! Read more

Great! Use a little oil STILL! It will KEEP long! Perfect little frying pan! Read more
After going through countless nonstick pans that warped and wobbled on my glass stovetop, I welcome the Sanho Ceramic Frying Pan as it directly addresses the most common failure points of its competitors. The single biggest reason I like this pan is its encapsulated stainless steel disc base. If you’ve had thin pans warp, you’ll understand why this is important. Most nonstick pans I’ve had are just aluminum, which expand and contract unevenly under heat. This medium-duty, flat base should ensures enhanced stability (it’s not as heavy-duty as my stainless steel pans, but it’s certainly more durable than my light-duty non-stick pans). I want non-stick that sits perfectly flat without any wobbling and this Sanho should do the trick with the built-in stainless steel disc. I am equally impressed by the healthy, PFAS/PFOA-free ceramic coating claim and this diamond-titanium ceramic coating sounds phenomenal. It provides fantastic food release for eggs and fish. I also like that I can absolutely use oil or butter with this pan. Some nonstick coatings advise against it, but this one says it's okay to add oil. A light drizzle of olive oil for sautéing vegetables creates a beautiful sear without any sticking or damage to the surface. It gives you the flexibility to cook with fats for flavor without sacrificing the nonstick performance. If you’re tired of replacing warped, unreliable pans that lose their non-stick benefits after only a few weeks of use, this Sanho model is the solution. Read more

I am absolutely thrilled with this Sanho 8 Inch Frying Pan! If you're looking for a pan that can handle sticky foods like eggs, this is the one to get. I made a batch of scrambled eggs with cheese, and they literally slid right out of the pan and onto the plate, no sticking, no scraping, and no mess. The 8-inch size is perfect for one or two people and is exactly what I needed for quick breakfasts or small sides. I also appreciate that the nonstick coating is PFOA & PTFE Free, which makes me feel good about cooking with it. The included "Sanho Tips" card is really helpful too, reminding you how to keep the pan in great shape (soft sponge only!). If you want a reliable, truly nonstick pan that makes cleanup a breeze, buy this. It makes cooking eggs a joy! Read more

Great single service non-stick and non-toxic pan. Very durable and light weight. Definitely read the directions before using, especially the cleaning requirements since it is non-stick. Very easy to use, just make sure you heat it up for at least 60-seconds first so everything cooks evenly. Simple to clean just light soap, warm water and a soft sponge. Everything easily wipes right off. I have cooked eggs (scrambled and fried), heated up leftover bbq (with the sauce), heated up sandwiches and made grilled cheeses and everything that gets in this pan easily cleans off. I wouldn’t use this for an entire family, you’ll want a much larger pan for that but it is great for small meals and personal use. Read more
