Happy to say this one works fantastic The only reason someone would say it didn't is if it wasn't used properly. Rinse your rice at least 3 times. Then use the measuring cup included. It is not a full cup. So if you use a full cup and then fill the pot to the water level matching full cups it will not be cooked properly. Open lid when it stops cooking, fluf and let stand open and cool down . It makes it perfect for me. Read more

Unfortunately, it has the durability of a frail leaf in a wood-chipper.
I'm advising you to just spend your money elsewhere. It does it's intended job, just for a limited amount of time. Easy to use, not complicated, kinda sucks at cooking brown rice but other rice-types do just fine. Unfortunately, it craps the bed in a few months. We use it maybe 2x a week, at most? Just stops working entirely after about 4 months. And how ironic that it stopped working a few days after the product support window closed. No we didn't have an outlet short, no we didn't have some electrical issue cause damage. Your product just doesn't last. Read more
