It's a nice scale and when coupled with the app it's a great way to keep an eye on your overall health. The battery life is questionable. The overall design is pretty great. It has a nice sleek look. The app asks for a lot of access to your device though so that's a tad sketchy but I guess it needs access to your overall health information. Read more

Still in the bathroom corner near the hamper, the scale looks like another black tile until the overhead light makes the glass shine a bit. Stepping on it feels cool under bare feet, steady without wobbling, and the numbers pop up fast enough before settling. Every now and then it jumps a few pounds higher than usual, but stepping off and back on clears it. The Bluetooth link to my phone catches the reading in the background, and the slim frame pushes back to the wall so it stays out of the way. This scale is a very good value for the data you get. You do have to keep in mind that it's only able to "read" your legs up to your crotch and then down the other leg, so you're not going to get as full and accurate a picture as you would with a full body type scale. (Those are the scales that have you hold on to a handle with your hands). Of course this scale is MUCH more reasonably priced than that type! I was able to compare this scale with an Etekcity (same half-body type scale) and a Hume Body Pod. They were all pretty darn close when it came to accurate weight. When it got into the other things such as Body Fat %, Metabolic Age and so on, the two half-body scales were fairly close in some readings, and far, far apart in others. Here's the thing though: When you're tracking these additional measurements, what you are (or should be) tracking are the trends. Not the specific numbers. Example: if this scale shows that your weight is staying the same or increasing, but you've been working out, you look at the numbers and see your body fat % is going DOWN, while your muscle and lean mass are going UP. All that said, I have to give this scale five stars because it's really as accurate as this type scale can be. On top of that, it's a very, very good value. 5 stars after finally finding the LeaOne app. The app was a bit difficult to locate but it was easy to connect and set up once installed. The scale looks nice but not as important to me as being functional and accurate. It is both. My day to day weights are inline with my fluctuations and it is within acceptable minimum differences from my old scale. I do have some issues with the app logging out every couple weeks but it connects right back up. The app has spots for a lot of additional information you can input manually to help you reach your goals if you want to take the time but I like to stick with the basics, like weight and BMI. The display is bright and easy to read. The weight registers quickly after stepping on the scale. It blinks when done so if you are watching carefully while looking straight ahead, you can kind of see it blinking. It would be better if it had a beep to let you know it is done but overall, I like the scale and find it to be affordable for what you get. Read more

My husband has started working out every day and loves to weigh himself now. I got this scale so he could keep track of his data. It's been accurate so far and is really easy to use, plus it looks sharp in the bathroom. I swear, my old scale was at least 20 years old and it was digital, as well!
