I was skeptical, I have to admit. So cheap? I have been using this for nearly 30 days and I am impressed with the product. Wish I had learned of it way earlier before lost so much hair. It's painful, no doubt you have to have some resolve to do this. But I am actually getting some results and it's not just wishful. I am seeing new hair growth in areas that were nearly bald. Where I used to have maybe 3-5 hairs I now have maybe 50. I watched a couple of videos and disinfecting the tool is very important. I bought a specific disinfectant that was recommended. BRIOTECH Topical Skin Spray, Hypochlorous Acid Spray for Body & Face, Eyelid Cleanser, HOCl Facial Mist, Support Against Irritation, Calm Redness, Soothe Foot & Scalp, 8 fl oz, 1 ct. You can get some kind of infection if you don't disinfect properly. I am curious how much regrowth I will get over time. Getting any is amazing and I feel a little dumb for not trying something. According to videos using this with Minoxidil will yield better results but once you start Minoxidil you have to keep using it and it's toxic to dogs. If you are looking for a derma roller specifically for stimulating hair regrowth, this one is definitely the one. After research on which needle length *actually* promotes regrowth, the answer was 1.50mm (nothing smaller). And this was the only one with that actual length that I could find on Amazon, and I’m so happy I did! Very durable, sharp, and effective in my opinion. I use it twice a week WITH combination of other hair density/peptide serums (This takes about 2-4 weeks to see results—CONSISTENCY IS KEY). It is a bit uncomfortable when using it but not unbearable. I definitely WOULD NOT use this on my face. The needles are too long. Go for a smaller size (0.25-0.50mm) if you want a derma roller for your face. Read more
