This blouse has that classic pirate/peasant-style look with flowing sleeves and a gathered neckline. The fabric is lightweight but not sheer, and it drapes nicely for a costume or casual renaissance-fair outing. The sizing is fairly accurate, and the black color holds well after washing without fading right away. It’s not going to feel like high-end historical garb, but for the price, it hits the right aesthetic. The elastic at the cuffs can be a little snug if you have larger forearms, but otherwise comfort is decent.
