Did exactly what I was hoping for! I bought the Schenley Steam mop first, which I love, but I wanted one for the couch. The hand held is perfect! Especially for the price. It did spill water through the port when I turned it sideways to steam the arms of the couch, going horizontally. Easy fix: adjust the fabric cleaning tool upside down. Then just use it vertically to clean the couch arms. No spillage. You can carefully switch the position of the head of the tool. I have two big dogs and a husband 😆, so the couch always gets dirty.
