Did exactly what I was hoping for! I bought the Schenley Steam mop first, which I love, but I wanted one for the couch. The hand held is perfect! Especially for the price. It did spill water through the port when I turned it sideways to steam the arms of the couch, going horizontally. Easy fix: adjust the fabric cleaning tool upside down. Then just use it vertically to clean the couch arms. No spillage. You can carefully switch the position of the head of the tool. I have two big dogs and a husband 😆, so the couch always gets dirty. We have built a new house recently. My windows were filthy from caulk, paint, and dirt. This worked great at getting them spic and span! I’m sure I will find other great uses for this as well! The product works. My only complaint is the max amount of water it holds. You’re constantly refilling the tank and have to wait at least 5 minutes for it to cool down to refill the tank. For small projects it would work okay. But if you’re cleaning medium to large amount of spaces then it’s going to be a process unfortunately. Read more

I ended up not using this for a year becuase it was heavy and awkward out of the box. I did end up using it and it did function fine, but it was not as helpful as I thought it would be. I'm not sure what I need that it doesn't have, but it was something about how I wasn't able to get the steam far enough away from me when I would tilt or tip the unit that made it feel weirdly unhelpful.
