Bought this to use with my iPhone to film water polo games. Works PERFECTLY. Easy to set up. easy to adjust, even has built in levels (water bubble things) so you can be sure you are even if the feet are different lengths. This is a very sturdy tripod. It rivals the tripod I have for my 35MMs. I wouldn’t mount a heavy SLR or DSLR, etc on it at full height in precarious situations/locations. But It’s great for cell phones and iPads. Still, I’d avoid extreme height. I photograph and video a few bands and this dandy little unit is perfect for the job. The selfie stick tripods are flimsy and too light to trust with an expensive device. I’ve tried a couple before finding this. I’m very pleased with it. FYI… The bag has been a consistent complaint in the reviews. Here’s my suggestion… I’ve been sewing for decades and have learned that certain fabrics fray easier than others. Nylon is one. My secret is a bottle of FRAY CHECK or FABRIC GLUE. Apply the solution of choice to all sides of the seams, inside and out. Let it dry before turning inside out or back the right way. I hung it on a hanger with clips, clipping the seamless edge and, obviously, away from surfaces or other fabrics. Make sure the fabric doesn’t fold over itself and glue it together where you don’t want it by spreading the clips as far apart as possible, for holding the glued ends up and away from the body of the bag. This tripod is sturdy and lightweight. Good for the price. When I received my box, I took a picture because the box was open and taped. Once I took out the tripod, and looked at the instructions, I found two items missing. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures of everything. Within days, I received the two items. Great customer service! Great product! It can be used at many different heights, which is great! It fits in my tote when I'm travelling. I just love this!
