Really happy with this. It's a little more expensive than the filler primer you get at the local big box hardware store. I am using this for finishing 3D printed parts and it does a nice job of filling imperfections, seams and more. Note that you still need to sand and prepare the surface before using this primer. Sorry, but no primer allows you to avoid sanding if you want a clean surface. Read more

Perfect filler primer for 3D Print and Cosplay builds! I've exclusively used Seymour filler primer for my cosplay build after seeing Galactic Armory recommending it. It applies extremely well in thick and heavy layers and fills the print lines as expected. It is extremely forgiving making it very easy to use. Another plus is the primer dries very quickly for sanding. Read more

I ending up picking up this brand of Filler Primer after I watched a video from Galactic Armory. In the past I’ve tried other filler primers for my 3d printed props but this Seymour brand is top notch. Yea it’s a little more costly, but the finish is great. It has a nice coverage that goes on thick, really filling in those layer lines. Compared to another brand I have used it’s only about .11 cents more per once. Would recommend this to anyone in the 3d printing hobby and you are looking for a smooth finish. Read more

I just tried my first can of Seymour filler primer, and I’m impressed. I usually use Duplicolor filler and primer, but this worked even better. Seymour gives you 15 ounces compared to Duplicolor’s 11 ounces for only about $2 more. It sprays evenly and dries completely in 15–20 minutes. After drying, I wet sanded with 320 and 400 grit, and the surface came out incredibly smooth. I’ll definitely be buying more of these cans from now on. Read more

Arrived without a cap, so primer was sprayed inside the box. How can anyone knowingly pack spray primer without a cap, releasing flammable gas inside a shipping truck? It's non-returnable, so I hope there's enough propellant remaining to use what's left. Would give 1 star but this is probably an excellent product that through no fault of the manufacturer was recklessly packed in an Amazon Prime box. Read more

I use it for post-processing my 3d prints and it adheres to the surface in a very nice smooth manner and fills in very nicely. It dries very fast and sands beautifully. Highly recommend for when you are actively trying to work on a project. Read more
