I made sure it was fully charged and followed the directions on the button you push to set up the mode I wanted it in. as I was screwing the top back on, it was clearly working. It vibrated and bounced around and then ,when I completely screwed on the top half, it stopped working. I did this a few more times and it seems like the button must get pushed again turning it off everytime I completely screw it on, or after it bounces or something. Soooo I guess I'd call that a design flaw. I charged it fully again and tried rearranging the parts but there is clearly one way to set it up and everytime I screw the lid on it turns off. Bummer.
