My dog loves it. He plays with it for maybe 15 min and then gets bored with it. But it’s a great way to give him something to do. I really enjoy watching him play with the toy. It’s not a crazy as I thought it would be. It doesn’t roll across floor but it does wiggle around. My only complaint is the batter wears out fast. Otherwise great toy. Read more
UPDATE: I tried to turn the toy on and it didn’t work. I charged it. Still want turn on. I’ve only had this product for a few weeks. Disappointed and returning. So, really I bought this ball to keep my dogs entertain while I was doing chores. At first I love it and it seemed to work great. Over time my dogs sort of lost interest in. My dog goes wild for this toy. He is stimulated by it and gets excited to play with it. He is a hard chewer and usually most toys do not last very long. This one looks to be able to stand the test of time. Thank you for the quick turn around replacing the one that I had issues with. It was kind of you to send a replacement within a few days! My dog enjoyed playing with this for a while, but now it won't turn on. The ball charges fine and is fully charged. Simply won't turn on. I've tried multiple times to contact Cheerble for a warranty claim, but they seem to be ignoring all my communications. Update: Finally was able to get Cheerble to replace the ball. Although it was harder than it should've been, I appreciate the company standing behind their product. Read more
She absolutely loves and is obsessed with this ball. The issue I have is, it’s only a been 1-2 months since we got it and already it doesn’t hold a charge. Or it doesn’t turn on anymore. I don’t know what happened. So now she won’t play with it since it doesn’t move anymore. It was expensive to begin with but I thought well it will keep her busy. I like it because it kept my dog intertained for a couple of hours, then he managed to tear the rubber coating then he managed to split the plastic ball in two rendering it totally useless.... This ball is a great idea they just need to figure how to make it indestructible then it would be worth what they are charging for it... Get it together and I may consider purchasing again.... This ball last approximately 2 full days and was played with by a Labrador retriever that does not usually destroy his toys, we purchased the large one and have now thrown it away ... Buyer beware when purchasing for large dogs 12/18/2023 Received a nice email from the company and they apologized for the damaged ball, it was not necessary as they have no control over what my dog does, I WILL be watching for any changes hopefully to the size of the ball for larger dogs in hopes it will make it harder for the larger dogs to destroy the ball.... Omg this ball brings so much joy and entertainment to our house!! The dogs absolutely love it!! We make sure we put it up when it’s off so we don’t lose it and so far it hasn’t been chewed up yet. I have recommended this ball to all my friends that have dogs!! Read more
This is not a ball that should be thrown when it is fetched…I do it, but it is heavy so it more like thuds. This ball is great to keep my two dogs occupied; they love chasing it around and trying to guard it; they love when I throw it, so they can chase after it. The only thing I worry about is its durability. My dogs cannot have the ball unsupervised since they chew on it, and the outer part gets moved around over the charging port. There are deep teeth marks in the shell already, but it hasn’t ruined the performance of the ball yet. The engineering is better than others I’ve bought and returned on Amazon because it’s on solid piece. Others you have to take the ball apart to charge, this one is able to stay a ball. UPDATE: The ball has stopped working because it cannot be charged. Before this, I charged it twice, but this last time the charger will not go into the ball anymore. This is the most expensive toy I’ve ever bought for the dogs, and it’s no longer working. Read more
