This product sucks! :-) And it's perfect for the job. Even though it was "remanufactured" / "recertified," it works as it should. Pretty quiet, easy to assemble, easy to use, and easy to store. I dislike the bagless vacuums that are prevalent nowadays, but this handles the bin nicely, though it's a bit small if you have heavy cleaning needs. The weight is nicely manageable and not tiring. The only negative is that the power unit is too heavy to stay on when stored away. There is a handy tongue at the bottom of the boom where the head can clip to which works fine. Read more
Bought this to replace my 10+ year old refurbished Shark due to a broken roller. Bought another refurbished Shark vacuum. Great price. Great vacuum. Works well on my high pile carpet. The roller is easy to clean. It it easy to use and the LED lights are bright. I can clean under furniture easier too. I love Shark products! Read more
Great Item! Lightweight, Easy to use. Powerful Suction. Great for quick clean up jobs. Cleaning stairs, or hard to reach places, has been effortless. I have always been partial to Shark Vaccum. Before I bought my own (and YES, it’s pink) Shark Rocket, I tried one out and at 1st, it wouldn’t suck an eyelash up it was so clogged. Being a pet owner (of my own, my daughters’, my roommate’s, the clients that I pet-sit for, etc) and a cleanaholic, I will NOT compromise on certain things, one of which is my vacuum cleaners. I started with a SHARK Navigator and I loved it (till my daughter’s devil 😈 bunny-Mila, chewed through the electric cord-thank god for electrical tape!). Over time, it just kinda got a little too heavy for the type of cleaning that I use it for. So before I could “test drive” my boss’s Rocket, I ended up having to perform major surgery on it. Basically, all I had done was unclog the hole in the actual vacuum head). Once I was able to loosen the ROCK HARD blockage (which I’m guessing was just really old Carpet Fresh and some really really old Christmas tree needles 😆). It was only then, that I was able to see how well this compact and lightweight vacuum performed. It was AMAZING. I adore my latest addition to my housekeeping tools. My Bissell is heavy and cumbersome...hurts my back! However, several family members, friends, and a house cleaner friend recommended the Shark Rocket. I bought one and I AM SOLD!
