I didn't realize I bought a refurbished vacuum until I received it and noticed some odd things like scratches so when I started using it I was presently surprised how grateful this vacuum pics up like wow amazing I really hope it continues to do great there is a light green is good read is bad it did turn red for a min but I cleaned the brush and it turned green again over all I'm pleased.its easy to empty and small enough to lug around. I purchased this for my daughter, she has 3 small children, 3 dogs and a bunch of chickens. Besides this vaccum being a beautiful purple she has mad skills on being able to pick up every nasty thing the littles leave behind. I love that if you accidentally suck up a toy you hate, the small child that catches you only has to loose his snot for a second as all the bigger items go right to the top of the collection bin so you don't even have to dig in the rest of the yuk to find it. Tadda! You are now a hero! Works just as good for wedding rings that accidentally get thrown across the room. The next day when you are thinking again and realize how much money that was.. boom break out the Shark. It's saving families all over the world. I purchased my shark vacuum refurbished on 2/27/24. It hasn't worked since 9/2/25.. I have been trying to get help replacing it since. This is with meticulous cleaning and filter changes I have taken very good care of it. The power shuts off mid vacuum not and there is not help in site. I have had no help from the seller CYBER OUTLET, Customer service or through my insurance I bought for the item. I have contacted all and they just say they cannot help me. This was bought through amazon refurbished and the seller not vetted well. I was under the impression that this item was coming from amazon refurb directly ... NOPE 3rd party sellers.
