I ordered this and was skeptical because of the reviews it had. I have to say, mine arrived before its expected delivery date for one! It was packaged very well too! Put it together and plugged it in, it works like a brand new vacuum! It is also surprisingly a lot more quiet then my other shark was. Let me start this by saying I have a house full of animals and children. Obviously I have gone through some vacuums. This one is my favorite vacuum ever. I have an old Rainbow that works great, but it’s a pain to empty the water. This vacuum has great suction, so good that it will displace my rugs if I’m not careful. It fits under my coffee table easily and I can cover a whole room without moving the plug to another outlet. It’s also not too heavy so packing it up the stairs is no big deal. One of the best vacuums we've ever owned! Having 3 dogs, we needed a vacuum that can handle all the shedding of fur. Plus not having brissels for hair to get trapped on is a bonus! I like the idea of having a vacuum with a neutralizer to get rid of the "wet dog" odor. This vacuum is easy to maneuver and the powerful suction can be adjusted depending on what surfaces you have in your home. Great price, so glad we purchased this vacuum! Read more

Works great. Best Shark vacuum we have owned. Easy to maneuver. Cord would be better on left side and 5 foot longer, as our previous Shark was. No headlight as previous Shark also, but cost $50 less also. Read more
