My first one of this model was used for cleaning work. Once I figured it out, it was awesome. but I used it for lots of jobs it was not designed for: Rental move-outs, new construction, etc. Constant. I did not always have time to maintain it properly. Yet it worked beautifully for more than 2.5 years. It still works. But the brush roller doesn't turn. I watched a Utube video on it but still could not get it all the way apart. Just enough to see that it was not the belt. That vac is still useful as a canister vac for cars and garage. I gave my new one a a test run and love it. Power and maneuverability. Easy to use. And Looks like new. It's true there is no on board tool storage. But what you use the most is the crevasse tool and you can stuff that in your back pocket. I recommend this machine. Read more

You cannot tell at all that this vacuum is renewed. There is one tiny scuff mark on the pole of the handle. Works awesome. I had the Shark Navigator before and I accidentally broke the pieces holding it to the wheels by dragging it around with me to use the hose to vacuum crevices and baseboards etc and then I couldn’t use it to vacuum regularly anymore because it wouldn’t stay attached at the base. So I got on Amazon to look for lift away vacuums so I could just carry the base around while only using the hose and man they are so expensive!! I was so happy when I came across this refurbished lift away! It came with new filters in it, all the accessories to it, and it was extremely clean, it literally looks brand new. I love how long the cord is on it as well! If anything were to happen to this one I would definitely reorder a refurbished vacuum. You cannot beat the price you’re getting it for, especially for it to work just as if you bought it brand new!! Shark is my favorite brand of vacuum as it is!! I needed a vacuum for my upstairs. I am shocked how much I love this vacuum. I have an expensive vacuum for downstairs, and I think I like this one better. Go figure. It is somewhat light weight, suction is strong on my low pile rugs and on thicker carpet upstairs (I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt in the suction canister from my “clean” carpet) washable filters, easy to use lift away feature for stair use, great value for the price point. Drawbacks- which I can live with- the hose for the lift away canister is shorter than I would like and no storage for accessories. I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do. Read more

Works as advertised, had small cosmetic scuffs and scratches, absolutely nothing wrong with the unit, looks like the belt was replaced and that was all the vacuum needed as far as repairs. The filters are not new, but they are mostly new and very clean considering. It is much quieter than the Bissell Powerforce Helix that was replaced, and hopefully much better and filtering as well. In many aspects this is a big upgrade, even though this refurbished vacuum costs almost the same as a new Bissell. I am pleased with the value of this refurbished unit, especially considering how much a new one costs! Only problem is it did not come with an accessory holder - however, two possible attachment part numbers are 517FFJ560 (single accessory holder) and 571FFJ572 (double accessory holder- may not fit, will report back) which can be purchased online for cheap, so no big deal there. The media could not be loaded. Vacuum in itself is great! I have issues with the one I purchased but that’s a sellers issue. Not complete with non working accessories. Update: received a replacement with exactly the same problem the accessories that come with a refurbished does not fit the actual vacuum you would think they would try out all accessories prior to packing. Again the vacuum works great! But the accessories are aftermarket and don’t fit rendered useless. See video. Read more

I was always a bissle brand kind of a girl, but I needed to replace my old one desperately and I saw this and thought I would give it a shot because I've seen so many great reviews for Shark vacuums. I can see why now, ha ha ha. This is great! It doesn't weigh any lighter than my other vacuum, but its not as cumbersome to haul around. It has a bunch of clicks here and there depending on what you are needing to use on it; I could see where that might be a little overwhelming or confusing to some people, but it is necessary as they are wanting to give you all the options you need to clean whatever you want, and make it as easy for you as well. It comes with three different heads to attatch to it, but it would be kind of nice to either have a little bag to put them in or a spot on the vacuum to attach them. Otherwise, they are just floating around. I like to use the brush type head (its adjustable by the way) for dusting; it kicks up the dust and sucks it up without leaving anything behind. This sucks a million times better than my other vacuum. I used it on the carpet we have in our house, and I swear to God that it looks cleaner than when we first moved it. I knew it was dirty, but it got things that were living in the fibers! The container filled up in no time, and got so much more than what you were able to see. Read more
