I honestly can’t believe how well it cleaned my white couch, my rugs, and even the deep-set stains on my king-size headboard that have been there for years. I’m currently working with Shark Tech Support to figure out what’s going on. Based on the presentation when it arrived, I strongly believe the unit I received may have been used and returned. Some of the cord wrapping and packaging were just not factory-fresh, and you could tell something was off. I really hope they can resolve it because the performance is genuinely impressive.
