This pillow has been super comfortable so far. It is curved so caters to all types of sleepers—whether you're a back, stomach, or side sleeper, this works well in any position. As someone who sits all day at work and is also a new mom, I’ve experienced my fair share of neck and back pain so I’ve been on the search for the right pillow to ease some discomfort and maintain proper spinal alignment. Surprisingly, despite its firmness, it feels really soft, much like memory foam so it helps with a restful night's sleep without skimping on support. It is firm but a wonderful balance of support for your head, neck, and shoulders. The materials used appear to be high quality and durable. TLDR: I really wanted to like this pillow, I honestly don't. It doesn't include a pillowcase or any sort of cover. It is expensive for what it is. A regular large pillowcase doesn't fit it correctly. It is the firmest pillow I've had, still I don't know that I would rate it "extra firm". As a single pillow it is not high enough for me, and using it with another pillow defeats the purpose of the curved edge. I have not attempted to wash it yet. I'm uncertain if it would wash well, or how that would alter the firmness. It might also sour before it dries completely. What a mess.
