I love these pillows! Great quality. I was so tired of pillows going flat shortly after I bought them. I like firm pillows with support. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that there were 2 covers with zippers and that I could remove the stuffing to adjust them to my comfort level. Soft and cool feeling, I'm sleeping so much better. These pillows are amazing. I finally found my lifetime pillow. This is a really nice, big, fluff pillow! I've been using it over a month and it has held is shape just like the first day I got it. It stays cool pretty well, if it does get warm from my head I just flip it over and it's really cold in the other side. I use a satin pillowcase and it's so comfortable. Im a side sleeper mostly and can either put my shoulder on top because it's so big, or underneath it. When I do lay on my back, it supports my shoulders and neck really well. I'm very happy with this pillow and think it was a great value for the price. Read more

These pillows were purchased because the pillow slips have zippers and the stuffing material is small pieces of foam. The pillows come with ample stuffing that makes them very plush; almost firm. I wanted to be able to adjust the firmness of my pillow, and these pillows give me that capability. By the time I had finished adjusting, I had enough stuffing for two more pillows. Read more

The shredded memory foam pieces are great quality in this pillow, with all soft pieces of foam and no plastic fillers (I’ve seen this in cheaper shredded memory foam pillows). There’s also polyester fill around the memory foam pieces — my guess is that this prevents too much shifting of the memory foam, thus providing better support. There is an outer cooling pillow protector and there is an inner case that holds all the memory foam, both have zippers. The inner case and memory foam are not machine washable, but the outer cooling one is. There was a very faint new-out-of-the-bag smell, but not overpowering and it quickly dissipated after a few hours of airing out. I’ve tried the pillow 3 different nights with varying fill amounts and I just can’t seem to find something that works for me. I often need a thin pillow but with good neck support (I’m a petite woman, and I sleep on my side and back). I kept feeling like the neck support was there earlier in the night, but perhaps the foam still manages to shift around and by morning, my neck is no longer supported and I wake up with neck soreness. I still think it’s a pillow of great quality, but I may just be Goldilocks and I can’t get this pillow just right for me. Read more
