This massager is weak. I am small guy like me at 140 lbs max weight. Should be design to handle when doing back massage, this massager is intended to do. I can hear the internal gear struggling or like stripping and just stop. I have to lift my back for it to move and start massaging again. If you are bigger than me stay away from this. Maybe this massager is only for 100 lbs people. They could have use a much more stronger mechanism internally. Stay away if you have a heavy weight. Read more

I just purchased this as a gift on December 6, 2025 and it's already not working by 1/13/2026. I'm so angry because I don't have the box to return it . Disappointed because I also purchased 3 others and give it as gift to friends and I'm afraid theirs will stop working too...Bad product.
