I ordered this for the occasional shoulder pain both my husband and I encounter. The massage and heat together is what I was looking for. My experience so far: This was difficult to get adjusted. I am 5’5 female of average weight 130. I think this might be better for those who have thicker arms and shoulders as I just couldn’t get this to fit properly where the contact for massage hit the right places as well as the heating function. Because it doesn’t fit properly, the heat is spotty and I can feel it only on the areas where I can get it to come in contact with shoulder. It has bulky material that is used to adjust but it’s too much material and no matter how many times and how hard I tried to get it closer to my skin, it just wasn’t get a close enough contact for a full benefit. If perhaps I could have tightened it more, it might have worked better, but as it is, it’s bulky with not enough contact on the shoulder. The features are great with both functions of heat and massage and it seems there are 3 connectors that massage comes through. The ability to charge the battery, is THE way to go when buying these types of products and most last surprisingly long on a charge. The product page says it warns you with a beep when the battery gets low but I do wish I could tell how much charge was left before that. In short, I found it difficult to finally get on right and then could never properly get it to fit for good connection. It may work just fine for larger shoulders. Read more
