"One Pillow to Rule Them All"??? Absolutely! This js the best pillow ive ever owned! The 2 things I needed i found in this pillow: 1) cooling gel. As long as you use a pillow case that not too thick, preferably one designed to transfer cooling, this works amazingly! Im a very hot sleeper and wake up in pools of sweat if I dont have cooling mattress, blanket and now pillow. This has been a game changer and rarely do I wake up in pools lf sweat often anymore. This is that good! 2) height. Its VERY hard to find a pillow with the right height! Ive gotten used to folding pillows over, and dont get me started with fluffy and poofy pillows! Those crank my neck badly and can never get comformable. In my youth I slept on my stomach until I got a pinched nerve in my shoulder multiple times. Then I became a side sleeper amd have ever since then. Rarely sleep on my back, however this pillow is especially designed for both side and back sleepers! For a side sleeper, height is critical to not getting a crick neck or pinched nerve. The thing about thos one is that each width-side of the pillow has a different height! One side claims about 7 inches tall, the other about 5. This is absolutely true! What's more, depending on my neck problems that day (I have a torn disc in my neck amd have frequent neck/back issues as a result), one height will be better than the other. So you can choose whichever height works best! This also allows bigger vs. Smaller people (different pillow height depending on how big shoulders are, etc) to make use of 1 side or the other (or like me, use both sides depending on the need that night for sleep!). This will also be true for back sleepers and even stomach sleepers! Its designed to allow for stomach sleeping too, although I cant speak to that for the reason provided above. In the end, this pillow is a game changer and while its more expensive than the average pillow, its still much cheaper than high-end pillows that have neither of the things ive noted above. For around $50 this is easily the best and best bang for your buck if these factors ive noted above are important to you! Read more
Best pillow ever! I am a pillow snob. Everyone in my family have different pillows based on their needs. We started with one for my husband who has a cpap. He slept all night with no sleep disturbances on his machine. (Usually has multiple a night) Next day I ordered one. Im a side sleeper. So comfortable. No back or neck pain and I find myself waking up on my back. My mother bought one and one for my son the next day. Son was skeptical (he is 23) but he loves it. Mother and Father in law order two. They both have cpap machines. One is a side sleep and one a back sleeper. They both love this pillow. I’m suggesting it to everyone I know. Nice cooling gel. Two aides to choose from. One side higher than the other. Comes in a pillow case. It fits into a king size pillow case. Love it!!! Read more
Love the pillow, great support, & helps w neck pain! Definitely feel the difference since using it too! The only thing is, the cooling is only cool for a short timeframe, so if cool is what you’re looking for, keep looking, was a bit disappointed by how fast it got warm. But it helps w neck pain for sure!! It’s worth the price, how do you put a price on pain? & oh, it’s a heavy pillow too! Read more
I have been searching for an affordable cervical pillow that actually works. I love that this has 2 heights for the headrest and that you are pleasantly stabilized. I have cervical radiculopathy, a bulged disc, a bone spur on my spine, brachial plexus injury, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Sleeping is difficult with all of those problems. I think this keeps me aligned and comfortable throughout the night. After the first use, I woke up without neck pain in a very long time. Read more
I want to rate this higher, but I wonder if my pillow is deformed. The photos show it having a neck ramp, and mine just drops off, offering no neck support. Side sleeping is still ok. It is cooling. But I sleep mostly on my back, anx without the neck support, the neck ramp, this pillow hurts. I see all the other photos showing the neck has an angle of material so I am confused why mine drops straight down. Read more

Very uncomfortable and does not fit into my neck. Very awkward and heavy pillow. No give and uncomfortable no matter how you turn it. Right now it’s in my closet. I’m going to give it away. Read more
I really like this pillow and it does work if you lay on sides or back. If you lay on your belly it is uncomfortable. Well for me it is. Read more
