Need help
I love this pillow and it has helped me but after 7 weeks of use the one support leg has separated from pillow . The return date was past. I have reached out to the through email address given and have not even been acknowledged. Amazon won't do anything because I am past return date. I guess they just don't back their product. Worth a try
I have two bad shoulders and a bad neck. I’ve had frozen shoulders multiple times with chronic pain. I have used so many types of pillows that I’ve stopped counting. This pillow does seem to relieve the pressure on the shoulder although I don’t exactly use it the way I’m supposed to. I’m sure it takes time getting used to and time for your head to mold into the harder material. My only suggestion would be to make the pillow covering softer. The material is a little scratchy. Otherwise the overall quality and support is pretty good. Read more
Shoulder and Neck Pain Gone!
Shoulder pain be gone! I have purchased at least a half dozen pillows to try and alleviate my side-sleeping neck and shoulder pains. The design of this pillow gives me everything I needed to sleep comfortably in my natural position. Highly recommend for arm up side sleepers. Read more

Great concept. But the part your head goes on is too high off the bed to be comfortable. Maybe my female shoulders are not broad enough to hold my head up this high. Read more

too stiff, not comfortable
My shoulders like it, the rest of me hates it. The pillow feels like sleeping on a brick, far too stiff and too tall. i have wide shoulders and my neck still rests at too sharp of an angle. I really wanted to like this pillow but it hurts to sleep on. Read more
