Too firm for me
I wanted to love this pillow. I am a side sleeper and especially if I want to sleep on my left side, my arm always falls asleep and gets tingly which I do not like. This also just hurt my neck no matter how I positioned myself. The thought is great but for me it was just a little too firm. There was also quite a strong odor that did improve over time as it stayed out in the air. You can remove the cover for washing. But I do wish there was still another cover for better astethics. So while this didn't work for me, it might for others who can tolerate a more firm pillow. Read more
Firm, great in theory
I got this for my husband who has cervical and rotator cuff issues. My husband is a side sleeper who we are always searching for his perfect pillow. This is a very firm pillow with the cutout for your arm that is perfect in theory. This is a lot less than I have paid for pillows designed for people with neck & shoulder issues. However, the first issue is noticed is I could not cover it with my pillow case covers. It comes with a cover that can be removed and laundered but you can not use your own. It does help having an area to put his arm through. My husband said it does take a small amount of pressure off my rotator cuff. However, since he tosses at night his arm does not naturally go through arm hole. The pillow is very firm. My husband loves firm pillows but this one feels very elevated. Having his head raised has caused him neck pain. The design is interesting. The pain relief he reports is very minimal in the shoulder and increased in neck. I think we will continue our search for a better pillow. Read more
Great for side sleepers
I wanted to find a pillow which would allow for good circulation to my hands! I used to wake up with a numb arm from sleeping on my side because I’d pin it under my head. The thickness feels just right, supporting my neck in a natural position.This pillow is a dream come true. Thank you. Read more
