The 3 stars are for the design that helps my arms from falling asleep and relieving pain. I would have gave 5 but the pillow is NOT cooling as stated and NOT very comfortable. It's VERY hard and lumpy. A soft top to this would have been a big improvement. Read more
This is great for those who need arm space while sleeping. It is soft and has plenty of room for you arms. It is comfortable and works great. My hand and arm does not go numb now and I sleep way better than before. It relieves the pain in your arm from having it under your head.
