This pillow is great if you sleep on your side. I had a cast on my right arm and i sleep on my stomach so it really didn't help that situation. But I am going to try this pillow when I'm out of my cast. This does support the neck and it is comfortable. Price was great and the height of it was just right. Read more
This is an amazing invention for side sleepers the pillow gives you a place to put your arm so you're not laying directly on it and it rests your head at the right level. The memory foam adjust to your arm and your head. With the memory foam the shape retention is high I have not had any problems with it going back to its original shape everyday.
