New shoes come with an insole. However, they are usually thin and not much of a support. The Siihea inserts make my legs glide as I walk. Because my feet feel supported ,especially the arch, and comfortable when walking; the knees and lower back do not bother me any more. The inserts do dampen the shock as I step when walking. The product is as advertised and the price makes it very attractive. I do recommend these inserts for new or older shoes. Read more

I am so glad that I purchased these shoe supports. I was a little reluctant because of how inexpensive they were but I figured I'd give it a shot. Was not disappointed at all. The fit was great, they feel amazing when I walk/run and most importantly my feet do not hurt like they usually do. I have spent a lot of money on other shoe supports before and yes, they work as well, but these are just as good if not better than most of them and for the price you cannot beat it. I highly recommend them and I'm actually going to buy a couple more for my other shoes. Read more

I purchased the inserts for a pair of boots that were a bit too large. The insert helped support my heal (where the boot was too large). Definite cushion for my heals. I tend to walk heavy on my heals so the inserts will help with fatigue. You will need to follow the directions of removing your original insert to fit into a shoes that is already fitting comfortably. Very well made product for the price. I bought these for my husband who is a delivery associate and on his feet all day, he also was diagnosed with Planter fascitis a few months ago. He said these are so comfortable and he hasn't experienced as much foot pain with having these in his work shoes. Due to the nature of his job this is the second time we have ordered these. I'm on my feet for several hours. I wore these insoles for less than a week. They felt fine for the first couple days. Then, my feet gradually started hurting to the point that I couldn't wear these insoles anymore. The insoles are thin and the product pictures are deceptive. The side pic of the insole makes it look thicker than it really is -- the middle part of the insole is super thin, and it's just the outer edge that's thick. Also, if you’re looking for arch support, these have very little arch support, as well. Read more
