Very comfy
These are very comfortable and an excellent fit. I do recommend that you put it under your insole to prevent it from sliding. These aren't sticky enough to otherwise remain in place. Under the insole prevents them from sliding. My hips are now properly aligned when I stand and walk because of the heel support, and my back is no longer in raging pain. Relief mats were providing no relief, giving me maybe 15 minutes of standing before my feet and back got angry. I can now stand for about 30 minutes before my legs and back get tired. Read more
