I bought the 5 best selling ear drops, and these were kinda in the middle for me Similasan's(3) drops do have a cooling sensation at first (simulator to Hylands) but after continued use my ears started to have a pressure almost like my ears were getting clogged, I ended up cleaning out my ears that's really the biggest problem with them is that the drops don't absorb well while in the ear canal. The bottle is glass with the dropper tip being the part you squeeze which is odd but doable (I personally like the design of ProEar/Hylands bottle. It is pocketable too which is nice for on the go!
