My husband wears an enormous size shoe...size 14 and it's pretty difficult to find shoes in his size. He's been having a lot of back pain recently so any short cuts to his care routine is welcoming and helpful. He loves these shoes because they are so easy to slip on and take off. They are roomy and comfortable allowing stretchability. He loves that they are lightweight and offer good arch support. The tread is pretty smooth so it won't be great shoes to wear in wet or icy conditions but since he's wearing them mostly for his desk job, they do the trick. I bought these for my guy who has dexterity issues and needs a good quality walking shoe. They have a non-slip sole and the inside has a very comfortable liner, which I believe is removable to insert your own choice of liner. My guy wears as is, and they fit perfectly. I bought a pair several weeks before buying these. The reason was the first pair impressed me so much I had to have another in a different color. These shoes as so comfortable, flexible, and very light in weight. The standing up, step in function as shown on TV requires thin socks or bare feet. That's no biggie, because you can wear thicker socks and easily get the shoes on. I sit and gently work my feet into the shoe and "Tada" no hands involved. For those of us with arthritis in our hands, with no laces to tie, these shoes are great! With the correct size they'll stay comfortably secure on your feet.
