Item initially worked well purchased less than a year ago and now it's malfunctioning. Seller not responding to my concerns. I can't recommend this item due to cost the warranty should be greater than 9 ,months. Buy8ing these expensive electronic items from overseas has it's disadvantages. Read more

I bought this for my wife; sheโs stressed out a lot on account of our five kids and her short temper. She actually really appreciated my gesture and she enjoys the heat massage ability on this thing. Not strong at all
This should not be labeled as a massager. It did nothing to alleviate neck stress๐ It is not strong at all, even on the highest setting. Itโs just like a button popping out. And I cannot believe how pricey it is. Read more
