Light as a feather but built like a tank
This is my first Small-Rig tripod and I would need tremendous convincing to switch to another brand of tripod. It's built like a tank but light as a feather. All of the controls are intuitive, fluid, and well thought out. The team that designed this knew exactly what they were doing. Huge flex that the box didn't come with instructions because of how quickly and easily the tripod can be deployed. Using this tripod is heavenly, orgasmic, divine, whatever you want to call it. Do not pass this tripod up without a well-researched reason. Better yet, don't pass it up at all. It will handle all devices from phones to gigantic cinema cameras with ease. I use it for my LUMIX S5IIX mirrorless full-frame camera and this tripod handles the camera with graceful swagger. I just can't emphasize enough how smooth and fluid all of the controls on this tripod are. I'm completely blown away by the quality. Out of the 3 tripods I own, this Small-Rig is the best by a mile.
