I don't have a lot of money, so when I buy a lamp, I look for something nice that isn't too expensive. As a result, I've bought a lot of lamps that were difficult to put together, and didn't work when they were assembled. So I was prepared for another disappointment when I bought this lamp. I'm thrilled to report that this lamp is wonderful! It was inexpensive, the packing material didn't crumble to little pieces, and it was easy--I repeat, EASY--to put together. I really like it. It’s a really good value for the price compared to more expensive ones. So many different modes the lights are really bright. So many combinations as well as music sync and setting your own speed. You can’t pick whatever color you want that’s the only thing but overall not bad at all it’s nicer than pricier ones. Read more

Beautiful, lightweight but sturdy. Connect the sections, plug in, and use remote. Seems to have hundreds of colors. I placed mine between 2 bookshelves and live the glow it gives my books and collections. You cannot beat the price. Read more

This is a wonderful addition to the room. The app works great. I'm not sure what else the much more expensive lights do but I suspect, nothing. For the price this is a great deal. I'm going to get a second to balance things out. Read more

If I could rewind time I would have never purchased this horrendous product. It's not only cheaply made of plastic, but its poorly constructed as well. The lamp came with barely any assembly instructions, and the tubes had to be fitted together and were stiff and difficult to work with. The lamp wouldn't turn on, only the base, so it ended up being defective. The major issue came when I started disassembling it. The last piece that is attached the base ended up being so firmly embedded that it took an insane amount of force for me to remove it which caused it to launch up and strike me in the face when I managed to pull it out. I now have a painful bruise and cut on my face that I'm praying heals properly, and I wish I never purchased this awful, evil piece of junk. I've already started the return process, and I've learned my lesson. If I want to buy a cheap lamp I'll just get one from Walmart - at least those are actually made of decent quality metal and are easily assembled. Spare yourself and don't get this lamp. This little lamp is fine. It's not terrible, but it's really mediocre at best. What it does well: it's charming and the colors are deep. The user is able to manipulate the colors and the patterns to some extent, but nothing really that useful. honestly, the solid single color feature is best. Overall the unit is flimsy and wobbly. and it really doesn't put off THAT MUCH light at all. this cannot be your main light source in a room for anything other than ambiance. Even if a room had 4 or even 6 of these lamps, they just don't put off enough light. I paid $25. It just doesn't feel worth that, BUT stuff is expensive these days. Maybe mediocre LED ambient lights are $25-30 these days. I don't regret the purchase cuz I'm using the lamp to set a tone in my classroom. Truth is, I'm gonna buy a second so I have a set, BUT as a true "light source" these lamps are a complete waste. Read more
