If you have a highly reactive dog (like I do) be prepared for your pup to terrified lol! He thought the ball was possessed and barked and cried every time we turned it on. I removed the motor and he loves to play with just the ball (although remains highly suspicious of it). Only 4 stars versus 5 because I found the two halves difficult to thread back together so that the ball stayed intact. It is not the balls fault my dog was "a-scared"! He is a 70 pound shepherd mix and has not chewed through the high quality shell. Read more
This didn't work at first, I charged it fully then added a piece of fleece inside under the button. Ok, now it turns on, but it's loud, and bangs against the wall, drives my dog/me nuts after 5 minutes. Being I got it on sale I'll keep it, but this could be great with some improvements (quite motor, gentler movement, on/off button improvement, and smaller so the little ones can easily pick it up. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I gave it one star because it was delivered. Within the first three or four minutes my medium sized german shepherd was playing with it he had it in his mouth. The ball didn't come apart but the plastic where the halves screw together broke into many pieces. I sent the seller a message and never got a reply. UPDATE 7/15/2025 I heard from the seller today offering to refund or send me another call. I picked the refund because the plastic in those balls won't work with a big strong dog until they redesign the locking mechanism with a stronger material. Seller was very nice and wanted me to be happy. The refund has been applied and I have had great contact with the seller now. Read more
The media could not be loaded. My dog LOVES this ball. First interactive ball she ever had scared her initially, but she is one that never backs off for long. Since she has seen one before, she immediately went for this with no hesitation. She is a very hyper, everything is a game Cavapoo. So having a ball that moves around, vibrates, rolls, and overall "resists" her keeps her entertained. I worried the rubber cover might not hold up to her sharp teeth, but that has not been an issue. Covering looks as great now, as it did a month ago when we go it. My only issue with the ball is I cannot change the mode. It is stuck in timed mode. Once it times out, it stops and is not interactive again until I take it apart and restart it. I have tried repeatedly to switch ti to sleep mode so she can restart it herself, but nothing I do changes it. (Yes I did read the direction on side of box). For that reason, I removed 1 star. The ball is a nice concept but it’s not very convenient to use. You have to unscrew it to charge it and the inside is covered in an oily/greasy substance that gets all over your hands in the process. Read more

My dog wasn’t a fan of this toy at all. You have to open it every time just to turn it on and off, which is inconvenient. Instead of bouncing around like I thought it would, it mostly just vibrates and moves randomly. Read more
