Technology doesn't work as advertised
I love the concept and in today's technology it seems a rather simple product using BlueTooth. It looks good; however, it works imtermittently with several functions. The lights work fine. It charges my phone sometimes and sometimes it does not. I put phone on charger at night. It indicates it starts charging, but next morning it is not charged and on some occasions it uses what battery was left when I placed it on the charger so then it is completely dead. I have not used the sleep noise function. However, intermittently, it will start to play birds twittering and nature sounds. I cannot turn it off without turning off the entire thing, so it runs till it stops and I have no way of knowing why. I have sent messages to the seller twice. Never heard from first message. Still waiting 48 hours for the second attempt. This is a great idea, but apparently not well made. I wish it were as advertised. That is a lot of money for something that works only intermittently. Nice Night Light
The table lamp was delivered on time and it was bought for a 12 year old. Thus far, my daughter loves the table lamp and connected her bluetooth to her phone. Night light is nice as well. Read more
For $40 it should connect to Bluetooth fast. It doesn't.
Out of the box and plugged in the lighting is eye catching and quite beautiful. The revolving pattern is pleasing but then we have to start considering the negatives. The instructions mentioned an app to download. It doesn't work and when it did finally work, the app was not available in the Google play store. I have an android. The included QR code works but it DL's from somewhere? And ultimately Google doesn't trust the source so you just choose to bypass their security. I found a related app in the Google play store but that didn't help me at all. Tried connecting more than twelve times. So I'm stuck because I haven't any device to connect via Bluetooth. For the cost of the nightlight I might put up with this if I had paid significantly less money. For $40 plus tax, I should be able to connect and quickly. I'm returning it. As a gift it's unique looking. The cost is high but quality mid. Around the outside near its seams you can see light bleeding through. Doesn't take away from the light show but can bother since we paid so much for it. Read more
