We installed this toilet a few months ago. I plan on updating once we've had it longer. But for now it works really well. Lost a star for me because the instructions for buttons and changing preset modes is either missing or very unclear. For me, I don't want the bowl to be pre-wet every time I sit down. That's a setting that the instructions say can be turned off. But it doesn't tell you how to turn them off. After reaching out to customer service, who was quick to respond, The response I got had clearly been translated from I assume Chinese. Which I don't necessarily care about. But what I do care about is their instructions didn't work. So that's why it loses a star for me. Needs more thorough instructions on how to change stuff. Update 1/11/26: We live in a house from the 90's with copper piping. Not sure if that matters, but the pre-wet function has started creating a water hammer (a loud banging sound in the wall) so we needed to turn it off (it didn't do much anyway). Finally figured out how to turn off the pre-wet bowl function. In case it helps: Hold the "stop" button down on the right side of the toilet until "--" appears on the display. Single tap the stop button to cycle through the settings (which are numbers) until 41 comes up. 41 is "on" and 40 is "off". Hit the female wash button on the left side of the toilet to change it to 40. Then tap stop exit the menu. This menu is where you find all the "hidden functions" as mentioned on pages 19/20 of the manual. Not sure what the other numbers correspond to, but if you played with it, it should be easy enough to figure out. Read more

Instructions manual is missing important information. No info on how to remove toilet seat for water connection . Contacted their customer service and got an answer the following day: “Dear customer, regarding the disassembly, we do not recommend that you disassemble the cover plate by yourself.” Well the plumber wants to know because you don’t show exactly the steps, I should have just return it instead of figuring out by ourselves.
