We wanted this toilet because I've recently had back surgery. The heated seat, the lid opening automatically, and the heated seat are all as advertised. And that's where it ends (no pun intended). The bidet function, front and back are virtually useless. They don't have sufficient water pressure to do the job, even though the water pressure in the house is excellent. When the toilet flushes, it soaks your bottom, not very sanitary. A very expensive waste of money. Read more
